I will read your manuscript and provide feedback on big-picture issues, including themes, pacing, character development, sensitivity issues, and overall readability. This includes an editorial letter, but does not include in-text line edits. 

Developmental       Editing

$40/hr

I will read your manuscript twice, first looking for issues with pacing, themes, etc. On the second pass, I will provide more detailed feedback, including an editorial letter and in-text line edits.

Copy Editing

$26/HR

I will go through your manuscript on a sentence level, re-structuring your writing and identifying prose issues. This includes looking out for grammar, punctuation, and syntax errors, but also addresses vocabulary, clarity, and overall writing quality.  

Proof Reading

$26/HR

I will edit your manuscript for grammar, punctuation, and syntax issues only.

All editing services are done via track changes in a Word document. Other formats, such as hard copy or Google drive, are available by request, but may incur an additional fee. All services include a follow-up review to go over any questions the author has about my comments, and to discuss changes that need to be made.
